Weigh in

So I did my first weigh in since upping my calorie intake & cutting back on cardio I was so nervous because I know I would have gained a lot of weight but suprisingly I lost 2.5lbs so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right.

    Yes, you're doing it right! :) Great progress! Your body is responding to the positive changes of taking some of that stress off your body. Good job!
