Good Morning!
Today marks the beginning of this 90 Day Challenge. I don't know about any of you but I am very excited! Along this journey I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, not only to me, but the entire group! We are all here to support each other and with a great support system, change will occur in a positive way.
I believe most of you know how myfitnesspal works, however, if you do have any questions let me know. The first thing I want you to make sure is that your diary is viewable to me. I want to see your logs and help you make decisions on a plan for healthier eating and it makes my life easier when I know exactly what you are eating. If you are unsure of how to do this, here are the steps:
1. Go to "Settings" all the way at the top of the page.
2. Click on "Diary Settings."
3. Scroll down to an area where it says "Privacy."
4. Click on the circle that says, "Make Diary Viewable to Friends Only."
5. Click on "Save Changes."
To make sure you all start off on the right foot, I'm going to share a few of my favorite quick start recipes that are easy to make and don't require much of you to log the food. I'll try to offer up new recipes as this challenge goes on.
Good luck to everyone and make this fun for yourself! Try new things, explore different foods, and ask others for ideas! We are all in this together and we can all succeed!
