Well I completely forgot to post this weeks challenge so if we want to just can it for the week I can understand but I think we have enough time.

During this last week I did manage to try three new exercises. For the past few months my friend has been doing a daily planking challenge and I decided this week that I would try it as well. I am not nearly to his level, but I can now make it 90 seconds before collapsing so it definitely is an improvement. I also tried a few new things during my weight lifting. I tried out Romanian deadlifts and front barbell squats. I liked the deadlifts, but the new squats were quite rough.0
