I bought Tom Venuto's book a little more than a year ago, but I haven't put it to use until recently. I am already starting to see some changes, and I am thrilled that I have found a way of eating that leaves me satisfied on a daily basis. I am also really enjoying the training ideas, and I haven't gained so much strength in such a short time since going gung-ho with P90X a few years ago.

I am looking to find more people who are just as excited about Tom's book as I am and to be a support group for each other as we change our bodies using BFFM...and those who are also doing the Holy Grail program of Tom's.

    I bought Tom's book back in 2006. I also have his other stuff also like The Body Fat Solution and the Holy Grail. He has some of the most common sense information out there and all backed up with references and studies. Really down to earth guy also.

    I've never read the Holy Grail, but I was thinking of investing in it after I finished cutting this body fat using BFFM. Are the principles in it very different, or just tweaked slightly for the different goals?

    I hope you like it! It's helped me out so much and gives me good direction. There are some principles that he talks about that are still alien to me, like the calorie tapering, but I think once the basics are mastered I can move on with the details.

    What kind of exercise program are you going to be doing?

    Hello, just read the first 7 chapters of the book. Love it, its already working great for me. (2nd week in) I still don't have evereything down yet though.

    Hi everybody!
    I have read both BtFFtM and the Holy Grail and I apply principles from both books depending on the time of the year. I try to add excess muscle during the fall and winter months and then reduce the bodyfat a little more in the spring and summer. The books have given me more inspiration and useful tools than anything else I have used.

    Yes, I totally agree! Nothing else has helped me nearly as much as the advice in his books and website. There's just so much information out there on the internet that contradicts itself, I literally just have to remember that I have followed this and it works, so I need to just refer to it when I concider looking into other methods.

    Hi I have been using MFP and Turbofire and Chalene Extreme since Jan and just heard about BFFM. Is the holy grail download the same info in audio files do you know?

    The audio files are word for word the same as the Holy Grail text, However I recommend reading BFFM first because a lot of the Holy Grail references his first book.
