One technique is to plan to do some crunches, leg lifts, something like that throughout your workout. So, say, read X number of pages, take a break to do 25-50 crunches (or whatever exercise/# of reps you choose) then go back to it. While this alone won't give you a "dream body," it will help you develop a little muscle, as well as keep you in the right frame of mind (preventing mindless snacking breaks) and give your eyes a break from reading or staring at a computer screen. And, if you do this throughout a long study session, boom, you've got a great ab/butt/arm workout in total.0
