    Leeds, West Yorkshire here! Repatriated to the UK two and a bit years ago and went from 205 lbs/13% body fat to 230 lbs/28% body fat! Go figure!

    Anyhoo working to get back to my fighting weight and it's great to find a forum dedicated to us folks from the UK!

    Hi - I'm Cath, and I currently live in Somerset and have done for the last 11 years, but originally from Cornwall.

    I have 3 cats and 1 dog who keeps me fit and the main reason I've managed to lose 97 lbs so far.
