Stress fracture of the fibula and no running for 4 weeks, then easing back into it. I imagine I'll ease back by doing C25K again, but slower than I was. At least I'll be back up to a 5k distance by the time spring races start. But my plans for doing it under 22 minutes are shot. Maybe by fall.0 -
