A group of my friends will be starting NROLFW in December but I am wondering if there is pre-work I can do to prepare?
I seem to suffer DOMS to an extreme degree when I start a new program. Even if I don't work to fatigue I am crippled for a good week after starting something new. After I take a week to recover I can generally go on with no issues.
Any suggestions for pre-work?

i was already doiing some lifting before starting the program. Pre-work isn't necessary, but when you get sore keep moving, it will help you heal faster. so the day after a good workout make sure you go for a run, walk, something to keep the muscles loose.0
