Okay, so I know not all of us have these DVD's but in case you do, I'm going to post this list that I found. It's for No More Trouble Zones, 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I found it somewhere on Jillian Michaels website.

Whats the benifit of doing this set up VS the 30DS all together (over 30 days)?0

Variety!! It's good for your body to be shocked into doing something different. Burns more calories if your body can't figure out how to be more efficient because you're doing something different all the time
Other than that? No benefit but something fun to do. And some need a schedule to stick with things.0 -
I already have 30DS, I made it half way and got bored.. Same thing with Slim in six. I can't make it more than 3 days and I'm bored. So now that I see this schedule, I'm totally buying the other two JM vids and I'm going to do this! You're totally right when you say "some people need a schedule" I'm one of those people. I think it's the reason I made it all the way through P90X (even though I hated it and saw no results). It was something different everyday. I didn't have chance to get bored. Thank you so much for posting this! :happy:0

What is P90X ?
I'm a variety person, not necessarily a schedule person, and so because I like variety, I will probably get the other DVDs too! I'm only up to Lv1 Day 5 yet, I can see it could get boring. I was thinking of just going to Level 2 and then switch again.0 -
P90X is one of the workout series put out by Beachbody with Tony Horton. It's a couple different DVDs that you do in different orders every week for 90 days.0

This is brilliant! Thanks for posting. I just checked and I have all three DVD's so I'm going to kick off tomorrow. I've been doing Insanity but after 3 weeks I started to get bored with it (it's a good burn though).0

Look at Day 28!! That is a hardcore day! What a burn that will be!0 -

**JILLIAN'S WORKOUT TYPES BY TITLE...
The Biggest Winner Series(all) = cardio @ high intensity
30 Day Shred = circuit training
No More Trouble Zones = circuit training
Banish Fat Boost Metabolism = cardio @ high intensity
TBL Power Sculpt = circuit training
TBL Last Chance Workout = circuit training
Yoga Meltdown = circuit training
Shred-It = circuit training (use a kettlebell or dumbbell)
6 Week 6 Pack = strength (so you can track each exercise in the workout)
Ripped in 30 = circuit training0 -

I just got the all the vids! I'm going to try starting this schedule tomorrow after work. I was hoping to start it tonight, but after the day at work.. eh.. the day from hell.. I'm finishing my tea, doing some yoga and then vegging with my book. I'm scared that tomorrow will be the same way, but I'm going to push myself to do it tomorrow. Anyway one else want to join me and make Jillian proud?0

definately will.. however I lied. LOL life got in the way. Tonight is going to be my first night with it. I tried many times to start it, but it was one thing after another. I'd get all geared and company would show, or I'd be working late, or busted myself up at work.. or yea you know.. it was just STUFF! So tonight starts day 1!0

Well, I'm going to have to start over. :ohwell: I was doing really well, but then about a week ago, I ripped/pulled some muscles in my right arm and had to stop everything. It even hurt to drive my car. It's feeling better now. At least I can move my arm above my head. I have family coming tonight, so maybe tomorrow night I'm going to try a re-start and see how my arm reacts with low weights. grrr.. I it was all going so well...0
