Have you noticed benefits of doing your chosen craft?
Has it helped/hindered your weight loss?
Does it help ease your stress?

Well I find that it is a great way to destress unless I am under a time crunch to get something done. . lol. .But on the other hand it is great when it comes to gifting for birthdays and holidays!0

Since I have a show on Friday...yes...this Friday...I find that I'm eating less in between meals because I'm keeping myself distracted0

Exactly. . It keeps you busy and you don't have time to think about snacking. .
EDIT: What type of show are you doing and where at? Do you have a website?0 -
I'm too lazy for a website XD.
It's just a small thing at my husband's job. A few of the ladies that work there make jewelry and such and last year they loved my soap so much they asked me to come back and do the show again0 -
I find knitting quite relaxing also unless there is a time limit. I have had a small business through Felt (NZ version of Etsy) but I'm thinking of pulling it totally so I can just keep enjoying craft stuff instead of stressing about it!
Good luck for the show!0 -
A lot of my paintings tend to dark, but thats because I have a tendency to paint when I'm angry or upset or depressed. It's like I put all that negativity on a canvas and get it out of me. I also find that I'm happiest when I'm creating.0

I find doing crafts keeps my hands and mind busy so I'm not thinking about food as much. It is also a great way to destress myself.0

Does making money from it count? :P Yeah I enjoy it but it's nice to earn money from something you really enjoy.0

I'd say earning money from it counts. I knit pretty slow so I only knit for myself or my immediate family. If i tried to put a price tag on it between my slow knitting and cost of the yarn it would be too expensive for someone to buy.0
