This is awesome! It was such a pain to keep looking for the workouts on my Kindle and write them down. The calorie estimate is also great, a bit off from what I was doing so now I know!
I really want to use this spreadsheet but I have been looking and looking through that maggie wang site and have not found anywhere to put in login / pwd. when I click on the link for the sheet it says page not found.
I get the same message. :frown:0 -
I get nothing but viruses from that page.0

I managed to get it from the site a few weeks ago, if anyone wants a copy, send me a personal message with your email address and i can email the excell file to you. I'm pretty sure my copy is clean, I have a good anti-virus prog.0

I have the book, and read most of it this weekend but would really like the help of a prefilled log that I can work from. The link seems to be down, could anybody email me the spreadsheet?0

I took the calorie calculator from the maggie wang site and put it into my own sheet that I've been using.. that i got from someone and modified..
Feel free to make a copy and use. I have made a blank copy to share.

They have individual logs for each stage, prepopulated. All you have to do put in your weight and reps.0 -
I don't use her calculations, I get mine from scoobys workshop.0
