I love MFP and I think this website just makes me put it all out in the open. People in my "real" life have no idea how much I really weigh and yet I feel perfectly fine sharing it with MFP. It forces me to expose what's really going on behind closed doors :-)

    I totally agree...!!!
    No one in my real knows how much my heaviest weight was, and I have it posted clear as day on my profile.... I guess it just makes you more accountable.
