If you do a google search on the results of doing this for 30 days, you will find amazing before and after photos.
I'm on Level 1 Day 4, although I did Level 2 on the third day just for variety. I didn't find Level 2 harder - just different. So I will keep going on Level 1 till I've done 10 days of it, then proceed to do 10 days of Level 2 etc. Surely somethings gotta give! Others are losing inches doing this DVD daily! So I aim to not miss one day!!! :happy:0 -
I really love this workout. I don't do it as regularly as I should, I just put it on when I want a quick workout so I never really followed it as a proper 30day program. The longest was probably 5 consecutive days. I've tried both level 1 and 2, haven't seen 3 yet but I plan to do the full 30 days next month and really looking forward to it!0
