Love this group and just wondering if anyone has any tasty low Sodium homemade brown bread?

    Okay, I'm not sure what you guys count as a healthy homemade bread. I love a good roll sometimes, but they are usually so full of fat & calories, or hard to make. I found this recipe that is super easy, and for a good roll is not too bad in the fat & calories department.

    I reduce the amount of salt to 1/2 tsp, and use bread flour. I have not tested with other flours or mixing flours, but I think I may try with white wheat flour next.

    If you have a bread machine, proof your yeast just like the directions, then throw everything into your bread machine on the dough cycle. Then follow the directions for punching down the dough, forming the rolls, and letting them rise, etc. These rolls are so easy and so good.

    My calculations come out to 145 calories, 1 g fat, 29 carbs, 100 sodium. The rolls are HUGE.
