When you set your weight loss and fitness goals on MFP, it will direct you to a page that asks "How would you describe your normal daily activities?"

You can then choose sedentary, lightly active, active, or very active. MFP will then calculate the calories you need to lose weight based off of the choice you make. If you answer accurately, then MFP will automatically take into consideration your normal activities for calorie needs.

All that said, to say this: if vacuuming, cooking, having sex, and/or performing on stage are part of your NORMAL daily activities, do not track the calories burned. Only track activities that are not a part of your normal life.

EX: I walk my dogs 30 minutes every morning. I consider that part of my lifestyle, and do not track that. If one day I decide to take them for a 2 hour hike (something out of the ordinary) I would track that.
