how fast am i supose to go?

Hello i have finished c25k, and i still am only getting the 3 miles in 32 minutes. Well that is better then when i started i tried to run 3 miles and i could only do it in 45 minutes! lol that is with walking anad all. I have not lost any weight either. Im still proud of my 32 minutes because it was very hard getting here lol.
To lose the weight Should i be concentrating on running longer to burn more fat or should i run the 32 minutes but keep trying to go faster? What is best for losing the weight ?

for losing weight, running longer would be more calories than the incremental gains you'd get from running faster. In the short term anyway. In the long term its not like you are going to be able to run for 4 hours every day so you will need to get faster too.0

That's quite a bit faster than me! I can get about 2.31 miles in 32 mins on a good day! I would say any speed you go is good, and the longer you can go the better because you're burning more calories. :happy:0
