    hi karrie, ive been invited to this group aswell, im not sure either how it works but im thinking that the goal is to burn 3500 or more cal a week then write it on here?

    Hey guys, you all posted on my post for my weekly challange, except i was having trouble keeping up with every1 & every wanted to do it every week, so instead ive made it a group & we can do it more than once! :-)
