When should I weigh to get the most 'accurate' weight?
How often should I weigh myself?
Should I take any other measurements?
If so, which measurements should I take?

Your weight will fluctuate throughout the day, and from day to day, as you eat, drink, and go through bodily processes. The best time to weight is first thing in the morning after using the bathroom. Since fluctuations will happen from day to day, weighing in once a week is sufficient. Some people like to weigh more often, and that is fine - as long as seeing your weight go down AND up will not discourage you.
Measurements, or even just the feel of how your clothes fit, are in many ways a better gauge of progress. Some common measurements to take are waist, chest, thighs, and arms.0
