http://www.losestubbornfat.com -- This blog is actually where I have learned most of what I know about fat loss and strength training. There's a ton of stuff on it, from kettlebell workouts to what kind of workouts different celebrities do for certain movie roles. There is also a lot of nutritional info here.

If anyone else has any sites they want to recommend, feel free to add them.

I have his beginner and advance dvd's and really like them. He also does a lot of you tube videos and has a lot of free workouts on that site.

You can also look at Valery Federenko. He's a former Kettlebell champ, (in Russia), and has been spreading the KB word here in the USA for over 10 years now. His Youtube channel is:

They guy is inspirational but not intimidating. By that I mean that what he does is AMAZING but he's such an android that I don't seriously think I'd ever be able to accomplish even half of what he does so, no stress!

Examples: He did a 20 minute set where he snatched the 32kg bell 302 times with ONE hand switch. That's just jaw dropping endurance AND grip strength.

He did a 9/11 tribute where he push pressed a 32kg bell. . .nine HUNDRED eleven times in approximately 1 hour and 42 minutes.

He also sells a line of pro grade bells which he helped design. I've come to like them more and more and I have a number of them now. You can check them out here:

I've got a fab DVD called 10 minute solutions which gives you a variety of small workouts targeting different parts of the body using your kettlebell. My favourite is the fat buster workout. Its great for when you're short of time but want to squeeze in a bit of exercise x

I have the Kettleworx system and love it. It's the first home exercise program that I found that works for me!

Tracy Reifkind is amazing - she lost over 120 pounds doing just KB swings. Google her - she has a lot of you tube videos and a new book "The Swing."

I'll have to try that. Use the site, but haven't done a podcast yet.
