I went to a different gym today, and after my warmup, the trainer stopped me and says "you must be a runner." I said "not really, but I like to sometimes - lately I mostly only do it as a warm up or intervals" He said I was pretty fast :-) Well, I've definetly gotten faster, but I was only running my 1 mile warmup (7 mph) - I couldn't hold that pace for any distance I don't think. But it was really really cool to hear that from a trainer!!
But then the really awesome thing happened - I had to ask a question about some equipment before I could get started lifting. And he says "I thought you looked like a lifter." OMG - THIS MADE MY FREAKING DAY!!!!!!!!!! No - it made my entire week, maybe even month!!!! I cannot tell you how nice it was to hear that from someone who had no idea who I was or what I do!!! So I guess all my really hard work is showing - just by looking at me - I'm so incredibly delighted about this, I just can't contain myself!!! I just had to share with you ladies!! Thanks NROLFW!!
