Need advice

Hello ladies,

I'm a huge Chalene Extreme fan and also own Turbofire (though I'm not ready for that yet and for now will stick to CX cardio and zumba). I have a quick question for you all. I have been doing CX through the burn and push phase. I started the lean phase, but then had a car accident that injured my neck and shoulders and stopped my exercise altogether for the last two and a half weeks. I'm still in physical therapy and have finally gotten clearance for light cardio and strength training. I don't want to start CX over completely, but need to do something reasonable.

I plan to lighten up on the weights a bit, but should I go back and do burn for a few weeks until I'm ready to go back to push/lean or what?

    Hey Miss gloria!

    I really think you should talk with your Physical Therapist about it.. Let that person know how intense the strength training is and what you usually lift and see what the say...
