These are some ab workouts that I do "not all of them" but what I did today..took me about 30 min to complete these routines.

Hanging oblique knee tucks by keola64@rocketmail.com, on Flickr hanging oblique knee tucks 3 sets alternating sides 20 reps each

Extended leg crumches by keola64@rocketmail.com, on Flickr extended leg crunches 3 sets 40 reps exhale while crunching & hold 2-3 seconds before releasing,feet should never touch back to ground during this exercise

And of course situps 3 sets 40 reps each

    Nice man. I teach planks in all sorts of positions for abs and I incorporate p90x. I wouldn't know how to post a photo like that and plus, I probably need someone who takes them in class, but I'm sure you find some good ideas on you-tube,

    This is actually a lazy ab workout for me but u had to do something as its supposed to be my rest day lol
