ALL OUT WEEK

So I get in these moods where im like "Ok Clint, its a new week. Push yourself to the limit, you can do!" kind of myself motivation. I call these episodes "All Out Week" you give it your all!

So to my fellow MHP friends. Thanksgiving is in two weeks. Im going to give it my best for the next 2 weeks and push it to the max. Im going to do that extra crunch, that one more bench press, run that extra mile, and watch everything i eat to the T.

The reward.... THANKSGIVING FEAST with Turkey, Cranberry, mash potatos, jell-o, Veggies, salads, pies, and a nice nap, then LEFT OVERS!

So here is an invitation to all you to join me. LETS DO THIS!!!

    Start with adding my intermediate ab workout I did today to your everyday routine I try to do at least that much on my abs 4 times a week with my other workouts
