So I have what the hubs and I have affectionately deemed the baby shoulder. My son is 2 and I hip carry him on the left, the consequence is that my left shoulder is a field of knots, especially in the front. I wouldn't much cafre but it hinders me in pushing any exercise that work the shoulder directly(shoulder press) or uses those same muscles as a stabalizer (bench press). Any suggestions on a good stretch?

Maybe this one. You can do it one arm at a time against a corner of a wall.
But you've got to switch the kid around! My husband discovered that if he made an effort to carry kids on the right as well s the left it really helped his back pain.0 -

Go to lowes to the plumbing section. Spend 6 bucks on a 5 foot peice of 1" pvc pipe.
It works great for it.
Or you can use resistance bands. or a towel.0
