Recipe for Stirfry

Hey - sharing my recipe for stirfry..I had it at 8 servings of 1.5 cups...but it actually makes quite a bit more than that:
Ingredients
Del Monte (Canada) - Summer Crisp Whole Kernel Corn - No Salt Added,- Once can
Pc Blue Menu - Black Beans - No Salt Added - one can
Generic - Bell Pepper, Red - Large, 1 pepper
Onions - Cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 0.5 cup
Mushrooms - Raw, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices
M&M's - Grilled Chicken Breast Slices, 24 slices 100g
Pc - Shrimp Raw Peeled Pacific White 31-40/lb, 26 shrimp 1
Rice - Brown, long-grain, cooked, 5 cup
Per Serving: Calories 325 Protein 24 Fiber 9 Fat 3 Carbs 52 Sodium 238
Cook Rice according to directions
Saute Onion, Mushrooms and Peppers
Open can beans and corn, drain and rinse before adding to veggies
Add Chicken and Shrimp - saute
Add desired spices (I added pepper, sweet chili pepper, chili powder, hot curry powder
Add Rice to wok -stir to mix
