This looks awesome, and a lot healthier alternative, but dang.......60 calories for 1/36 of a 9 X 9 pan?

It may be too dangerous for me to eat by myself. lol Definitely something for me to make for a crowd!

    Thanks!
  • I made this for the first time this week!! They are as good as they look! Seriously! Yummy!

    Ingredients:
One 18.3 ounce box of Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies - Chewy Brownie Mix
    2 cups canned pure pumpkin
    2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter

    Heat oven to 350.

Thow the pumpkin and brownie mix into a bowel and stir it until smooth.

Spray a 9X9 pan with nonstick and then pour in the mix. Then take the peanut butter and put on top, then take a knife and mix it around into the chocolate.

Cook for 35 minutes, then cool off. Once it's cool enough put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Cut into 36 pieces.

    Per Piece:
    65 calories, 1g fat, 57mg sodium, 14g carbs, 1g fiber, 9g sugars, 1g protein.

I got this from Hungry Girl.

    Mix it in a WHAT?
