Getting Back on Track

This is Sunday and I have been doing terrible for a week now! I must get back on track today. I don't even want to get on the scale and see how much damage I have done!:grumble:
Does anyone have any suggestion on how to get back on track after a week of binge eating? :sad: I am in that "Don't give a dang mood" and really must snap out of it!! Please let me know what has worked for you!

Boy it is tough to pull out of that isn't it? For me, getting out first thing and getting some serious exercise can help me get back on track. I guess its pretty much the idea of starting the day on the right track and then staying on the right track.
You can do it! Just focus on getting through today and don't get let yourself get overwhelmed with the past and what's ahead.0 -

Hey I understand! I have been in this shape for two weeks not!! I got up and exercised this morning, I did pretty good yesterday so I hope I am on the right track now!

I am in the same boat, again. I was doing okay during the week last week, but this weekend was a very high calorie weekend and I am up to 135 and bloated and icky. Back on track today, hopefully.
