Good morning everyone! Let's post our stats for the week and see how everyone is progressing!

Well, I gained .5 pounds last week which discouraged me for about a day. Now I'm moving on and continuing to work hard because I know eventually my efforts will pay off! I just completed W2D1 and I struggled a bit with the last 30 seconds of each running interval, while at the same time when I finished each one I was so excited that I actually ran for 1.5 minutes straight! (that's HUGE for me!) I know I can do it, but it's not going to be easy. It's work, as it should be! If it were easy for me it wouldn't be a challenge, right?!
I want to make sure EACH ONE of you know how much I TRULY appreciate you in this group! You each encourage me with your posts. Knowing I'm not alone in this journey is SO encouraging!

I am always grateful for these weigh-ins because I tend to lose perspective on my weight loss journey. I was down to 194.2 on Saturday, but then am back up to 195.2 today (thinking maybe sodium from yesterday?). I was really down about being up the pound until I logged in here to post my progress. Two pounds in one week is nothing to complain about! Overall I have only lost about one pound in the last month - I keep losing and regaining the same couple of pounds. Hoping to see the scale continue to drop this week. I just need to keep up my motiviation!
I completed week 1 in its entirety on Friday. I did well at keeping to my preplanned schedule which was a problem the last time I started this program - something always came up or I was sore or something... I think having the indoor track and guaranteed babysitting (free!) is going to really help with that. Overall I feel the week went well, but each day seemed more difficult to complete. It seems like it should have been the other way around (easier as I progressed). I am hoping that it is just my body getting used to running again and that having a couple of days off from it this weekend will make today's run a little better. I felt fantastic after each day though - very accomplished!

Hi. I didn't get a good start on C25K yet...went out and started on Thursday, but I'd rather have Tuesday be the start of the week for me. So I think I'll repeat day 1 tomorrow. Anyway, I went up in weight this week. Today I was 160.2. That is up 1.2 pounds. I don't expect this week to go a lot better, because TOM is approaching!!
I'm finding that this weight loss thing is kind of a 3 steps forward, 2 steps back process, for me.... So I'm not going to stress about some weight increase, because I'm fairly confident that in about 2 weeks from now, I'll see a good drop again for a couple weeks. That seems to be my pattern, anyway.0 -

Well I'm still on week 2 but still ok with that since I'm back at Boot Camp classes twice a week so fitting in 3 runs may not happen within the week - but it is happening. I'm motivated and I know it's working cause the running elements at boot camp are getting abit easier each time.
Back in September I signed up for a 5k with every intention of starting the C25K programme immediately - well that didn't happen! But the 5K did. There was no getting out of it since I'd promised a friend I'd accompany her. So whilst still on WK1 I completed by first 5K - not ideal and I didn't run it all by any stretch of he imagination Ran the first KM then on intervals - run the distance between 3 traffic cones which lined the route then walk 2 and repeat to the end where there was abit of a sprint because A ) There were loads of people watching and the clock was clicking towards 40mins and I wanted to be in the 30's! Managed it - just 39:56. Next time - run all the way and under 30mins!! But I am still immensly proud and was walking on cloud 9 for the rest of the day.
Keep up the great work everyone - I'm finding this group really supportive and in addition to be answerable to myself I don't want to let you guys down either.

I was the exact same as last week...but loved the workouts and am excited about starting week 2!0

No changes this week yet. I do start W3D1 tomorrow. That should kickstart my metabolism! Posting here even though no change just so I can keep track easier.

And to those who have lost, well done! To those that are the same or gained a bit, shake it off! I've been putting on and taking off the same 3 lbs for the past 3 weeks, it's so frustrating. I guess that's why they call it a journey and not a trip!0 -

I changed up my goals a bit and upped my calories but I'm pretty sure it's been the weekends of wine and nibbles!0 -
