I googled "helathy women" and I like the runner but I didn't want to focus on running since one of the early themes was about how running makes you fat
I picked this one because of my goal to reveal abs, but other goals like doing a pull up, or lifting heavy might be good.

Ok I need to find the area in past threads that discussed how running makes you fat, that's crazy! All the runners I know or have ever seen are the thinnest around but hey, I'm sure there were some interesting hypotheses there and hopefully supporting research.

I initially indicated that I too think runners are the thinnest people around, whether it's a chicken/egg thing, I don't know.

I didn't search it, as it is this "group" in the threads has more than 20+ pages. As long as my #'s keep dropping I don't feel the need to read more research.
