I noticed I tend to hug my right arm firmly to my body while jogging while my left arm pumps back and forth. Is this weird? What do your arms do?

    I sometimes forget to use my arms too, but it really does make the running easier! I like to think of pulling a rope....like you're pulling yourself up a hill. When I find myself running with "quiet" arms, I start saying to myself "Pull the rope, pull the rope!"

    Wow...talk about weird! :bigsmile:
