Doing Low Carb with myfitnesspal??

I am a noob. :)

I often seem to be off the charts for protien and fat on myfitnesspal. Yes, I'm low carbing. I'm keeping my calories down (overeating is my problem no matter what way of eating I've been on). BUT how much fat and protien is "OK". (The negative red numbers are freaking me out! LOL)

I'm 185 lbs. female and 5 foot 9'.

    I do 50% fats
    35% proteins.

    the only carbs I eat are from fruits and veggies - mostly veggies.

    I personally changed mine to be 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs - although I do tend to go over/under on these but they're my basic guidelines - that's what I started when I began doing Atkins Induction...I stopped losing weigh once I upped the carbs all the time so I try to stick to this about 80% of the time :-))
