Ok so I did something stupid before. I got on the scale after eaten too much junk this weekend and having just gotten my period. I am up almost 3 pounds! Can someone help me to stop hyperventilating and tell me it's just water weight or something? I don't think I ate enough to gain this much. I usually only weigh myself in the morning on an empty stomach. Now I know why it's a bad idea to get on the scale in the evening after having eaten 3 meals while you have your period.

Did you eat more than 10,000 OVER MAINTENANCE? If not, then yeah, it's water and will go away.0

I know I know. I really should know better than to weigh myself like I did and then complain about it. But I guess I needed some reassurance. Thanks for talking me off the ledge! I sure hope I didn't eat 10k over maintenance!0
