    I'm sorry.....isn't that true?

    from your profile page:
My background includes: MS degree in Exercise Physiology, ACSM Exercise Specialist Certification, 28+ years experience working in health and fitness, mostly in hospital based clinical and fitness settings. At this point, I am an in a new phase, in that, at 57, I have to deal with a lot of the same issues as most of our members--esp musculoskeletal aches and pains. Not only am I older than every one of my work colleagues, I am older than many of their parents. It gives me great insight and emapthy for the clients that I work with and I can complement the younger fitness professionals with a different perspective.

I calls 'em like I sees 'em.

I didn't say it wasn't true....I just said it made me feel old....

(I hope you realize I am joking--I actually thank you for the kind words--and I DO remember what great exercise it was to chase saber-toothed tigers back in the day..........).
