Week 1 Day 2..

Normally I try really hard to get my work out in first thing in the morning. I wake up, get some work out clothes on, tie up those shoes and then the first second I get to head out I do it.. sometimes I spend a couple hours in my work out clothes before I get the chance, but that is the life of a new mom.

Today I didn't get to work out at all! My lil one had us up all night and I opted for a couple hours of sleep instead of getting up early. All day I was dreading that I might cave and get lazy by the time my husband got home.. but I stuck with it and despite spending all day with a 3 month old who only napped for 30 minutes.. as soon as he stepped in the door I handed him the baby and went out.

Now that the workout is over I AM SO GLAD I DIDN'T GET LAZY AND NOT GO!!!

patting myself on the back :) this second run was def harder than the first.. but I think that it was only because I was tired from the day.. next time I will force myself up and out of bed to get it in first thing.
