Adding sessions to my exercise log

Hey there,

no doubt a newbie question but I did a search on the exercise thing for c25k and couldn't find a thing and so had to add each part individually. Am i looking under the wrong heading?!?!?!?!?!

    I just made my own exercise called c25k. I run on the treadmill so I use the calories burned from the treadmill display. So I just pick that exercise and change the minutes and calories based on what the treadmill says. Hope that helps a little.

    I just use my HRM and plug in each session on it's own. It's tedious, but I know it's exact, and that gives me peace of mind
