W^2 Daily Challenge?

We each have our own challenges in the spreadsheet. Do we wnt to try somedaily challenges? Maybe can take turns with challenge.

IfF we are interested, we could start with 8 glasses of water. That is always a challenge for me.

  • I was going to suggest we do some challenges together if people were interested, a water challenge sounds great as I rarely drink enough water, even although I don't drink anything else, so it will be a real challenge.

    Lunch time and I am half way there. I am trying every other cup must be water - coffee - water - coffee - water- tea - water -....

    I did make 8 glasses, finishing up with 2 at dinner.

    I think i only managed about 5 yesterday :/ im normally really good with my water aswell :(

    Also how about fighting one urge for seconds or another bite!! Thats my challenge today!

    I am in for water again. I have not had any yet.

    And will not have seconds of anything today.

    I only made 6 yesterday. I will try again for 8.

    And I did not have any seconds which helped keep me under on calories

    Oh, this was not a good weekend for me food/exercise/water-wise!! I'm back on it today, though! 2 cups down and working on my next big cup. I'll be back at the gym tonight and I know I don't do as well when I'm not hydrated enough! I just don't get very thirsty, so it's good for me to have a challenge to keep me mindful of my water intake.

    I did ok on exercise this weekend and stayed under my calorie goals but did not eat well, missed my fiber goals and did not get my 8 in.

    A new day and new 8 cups to drink!
