Did 48 min. tomorrow is my rest day but with this challange Ill get my 20 min in.

    15 minute walk at lunch....260 calories.

    Zumba tonight.... it's the easier instructor. I am surprising myself by wishing it would be the Tuesday night instructor instead. Her workout kicked my butt, but I enjoyed it. Hmmmm, something new I learned about me! LOL

    Running very late on posting this, but I did 20 min on the gazelle and 38 min of TBL Challenge on the Wii!

    10 minutes of stretches (had to get the kinks out of my back or make an appointment with the chiropractor), 30 minutes walk/run. 1 more week til Thanksgiving - looking forward to a 4 day weekend! :glasses:

    Did 30 minutes of Leslie Sansone WATP..boosted walk and jog. My 6 yr old loved it with me. Have a blessed night!
