I will message you my weight after I weigh myself in on Sunday. But I would like to lose 12 pounds by Christmas!

Fitness Plan: Body Pump Class Twice a week (60 mnutes), Cardio three times a week (60 minutes)
Eating Plan: Use Fitness Pal to track calories and stay within my goal of 1200 calories per day. I would also like to cut down on sugar!
