Walking a little more

I have tried to convince myself that I do really like working out, but my failure to stick to a workout regimen tells me otherwise. So instead I have just started walking more. Instead of taking the bus to my subway stop I walk. I get off the subway a stop before my usual stop at work and I walk. It's not much, but it does make me feel better:)

I need to start walking more as well. i really need to get back in the groove of pushing myself.0

Walking is hard even more now that it's in the negatives where I am at. Indoors just get so boring after awhile!0

I have a scheduled walkin buddy 2 times a week. And some days she drags me out of the house on random walks. Our walks have gotten longer up to an hr now.0
