Seriously.
What moves are harder than others for you?

Front Squat/Push Press, definitely.
I can't seem to get the barbell in the correct position..."elbows up, bar rolled to your fingers, set in the natural groove formed by the front parts of your shoulder muscles". More often than not the barbell is in my palms the whole time and unlike a back squat, I don't find the natural "groove". Plus, my balance isn't so great when pausing at the top on my toes with my arms fully extended overhead.
I'm starting Stage 4 workout A today so I'll be trying them again.0 -
I agree, the push press is difficult and I don't much care for it. I can't seem to get the position right either. In general I'm not a fan of lunges either.0

Front Squat/Push Press is mine too! I can't seem to get it right. I agree with bizco 100% about it. I'm on stage 2, so the Prone Cuban Snatch is my second one that I dislike from the bottom of my heart.0

I'm not on push presses yet, but I'm sure they're a pain in the behind. Personally, as a stage 1-er, lunges and step-ups are the current bane of my workouts.0
