Week 6: 12/18/11-12/24/11

Challenge this week:

Keep an eye on the calories. This may seem simple, but with the holidays this week and next week, tracking is your friend.

Keep consuming those 8 glasses of water.



Week 5: 12/11/11-12/17/11

This week's challenge is ....

Try to work on your core. By the end of next week, try to do at least 200 sit-ups within the 7 day period. That is a little more than 25 sit ups per day. If you do more that's great!

Continue to get your 8 glasses of water per day.



Week 4: 12/4/11-12/10/11

This weeks challenge: Do at least 2 days of strength training. This can include dumbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, etc.

Keep up the good work and remember to get your 8 glasses or more of water in per day.

Week 3: 11/27/11-12/3/11

The challenge for this week is to make sure you eat breakfast. Studies have shown that eating breakfast boosts your metabolism. Try to have more than your cup of coffee or tea for breakfast. Try oatmeal, cereal, fruit cup, etc.

kEEP DRINKING THAT WATER!!!



Week 2: 11/20/11-11/26/11

Eat your daily servings of fruit and vegetables
Fruits 2-4 (1 medium apple, banana, orange 1/2 cup of chopped, cooked, or canned fruit 3/4 cup of fruit juice)
Vegetables 3-5 (1 cup of raw leafy vegetables 1/2 cup of other vegetables, cooked or chopped raw 3/4 cup of vegetable juice)

Continue water challenge


Week 1: 11/13/11-11/19/11

Drink 8 glasses of water per day
Exercise 5 days for at least 30 minutes

    Week 7 Challenge

    If you haven't worked out as much, pick up the frequency and try to change it up between strength and cardio. This is the last week of challenges. I hope everyone enjoyed and helped everyone on their weight loss track.

    Get those 8 glasses of water in as well.
