Hi all! With Thanksgiving only a few days away, lets shoot for.... 40 calf raises, and 40 squats today! We can do it! You don't have to do them all at one time either. Post back when done!!!

Great daily challenge. I am actually going to give it a try :-) I did 30 squats this morning and planning to do 30 more in the evening.0
