So, Last night I Watched the bonus workouts on the SIU DVD... Is the Slim and limber, slim and 6 pack and the bonus workouts the same on all 3 DVD's???

    I am pretty sure they are. At least, the Ab workout on SIU is the same as the Ab workout on RIU. Those are the only two I've compared. To be honest, I have only done those shorter workouts a few times. :(

    Well maybe they all are the same then. Thanks for the response! I was just trying to be lazy, really. I have my SI6 in the DVD player in the living room, and I wanted to put a different one in the DVD player in my bedroom, so when I get the urge, I can just start it. lol

    Slim & Limber is the same too. I keep one dvd in my living room and one in my bedroom too.
