Just wanted to say I did my 2nd day of Start It Up today. My thighs and butt are a little sore from all the squats and lunges but it feels pretty good. Hi all! After not working out in like, oh 5 weeks, This week I got back at it. I did my Start it up 3 times this week, and a different cardio once. I feel better than I have in weeks. I am looking forward to working out tomorrow!!!
How do we know....
O.K. Doing the 1st DVD, I am pooring sweat. every time I do it. I am not doing it everyday like I should but maybe 4 days a week. How do I know when it is time to move on to the 2nd DVD??? I don't want to move too slow or too fast, you know?

I am still on the Start it up DVD. I want to get through it all the way with not resting my arms before I move on. How is the Ramp it up? Same moves? I am scared to move up! Logging Slim in 6
Hi everyone. I'll be starting this on Sunday and was just wondering how do each of you log the exercises from Slim in 6 on MFP??? Do you just enter the individual exercise and how many reps (20 push-ups, 20 squats, etc.)? Thanks for any info. Hope you all have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!
