Logging Slim in 6

Hi everyone. I'll be starting this on Sunday and was just wondering how do each of you log the exercises from Slim in 6 on MFP??? Do you just enter the individual exercise and how many reps (20 push-ups, 20 squats, etc.)? Thanks for any info.

I have been logging it under cardio as aerobics, gereral. I have no idea if that is the best thing to use though. I just got a heart rate monitor so next time I do it I will be able to put it in that way and see how many calories I really burn. :happy:0

I also have a Heart Rate monitor. I am burning about 260 calories each time. for 30 minutes of the workout.0
