I am still on the Start it up DVD. I want to get through it all the way with not resting my arms before I move on. How is the Ramp it up? Same moves? I am scared to move up! I haven't been doing it daily as I should. The family and life gets in the way some days. I still pour the sweat on the DVD, it is such a awesome workout.

I don't do it every day, either... don't worry about that. Ramp It Up has a lot of the same moves, but adds twice as many. Try to imagine how many squats and lunges a person can do before their legs fall off... then double it. ;-) Seriously, it's my favorite of all the videos, but I'm doing Burn It Up now. I did ok at Thanksgiving, but totally blew it yesterday (I had a baby shower to go to, and apparently I felt like I had to eat for two, even though I'm not the pregnant one). So... I've been working out like a fiend all day today to try and repair some of the damage. I've now burned enough calories to account for yesterday AND Thanksgiving. Now if I can just keep myself from eating anything else tonight...0
