OH MY GOD! I thought what the heck, let's do RIU. So, I popped it in. I forgot it was longer. uh! Then it got really hard. So, hard my legs were shaking! And this was like 13-15 minutes in! I thought to my self, make it to the band section... the other DVD was down hill after the bands. Nope! Not this one! My arms are still weak, and I did it like 3 hours ago! I had to stop 36 minutes in. I was shaky, and doing the moves like crap so I hit stop.... for today! I am hoping I can make it through the whole thing!

Yeah yours is def different than mine b/c in my dvd's they dont even use the bands in start it up. It sounds like yours is a lot harder!! Kind of makes me want to buy the new ones, lol.

oh, I wish I could share this DVD with you... It is so hard! I did finish it today. I had to take 3, 5 minute breaks to catch my breath and stop shaking. I am so proud of me!!! I think I will be doing this DVD for a long time. I am thinking my next goal is to do it without stopping. Boy do I feel great after finishing. I want to scream it from the rooftop! LOL

Yeah, it's definitely a hard workout, but no matter how far you get in it each time, you're still giving your muscles a challenge from the very first minute you start it. If you have to skip parts at first, don't sweat it. I'm really proud of you for moving up, though! :)

Aww, thanks! That means a lot! It is very hard, but I am loving it so much! This is my favorite DVD ever! Today I started it, but then got called to get the twins from practice so I only made it 10 minutes in and then lost my mojo. Better than nothing I guess!

I love Ramp it up! It's such a good burn and it makes you feel awesome afterward. It definitely takes a few days to get into it though. I'm on Day 9 today of Slim in 6 and feeling fantastic!! :)

Did day 1 of Ramp It Up last night. I did the whole thing -- just not all the repetitions for all sections. At the beginning after the warm-up my arms hurt too much to make it through the plie phase so I have to put hands on hips. I did surprise myself with the sit-up section and did a lot more before having to take a break. The end when on all fours doing the leg kicks --- OMG!!!!! It probably wouldn't be too bad -- but for some reason that hurt my arms more than my legs. Looking forward to the end of this 2 week section to take my measurements again and see if I've lost any inches.

Doing an extra week of Ramp It Up -- wasn't able to do it every single day like you're supposed to. Felt like there were too many days in between. But, I plan on starting Burn It Up on Sunday. Hopefully it won't be too bad.
