O.K. Doing the 1st DVD, I am pooring sweat. every time I do it. I am not doing it everyday like I should but maybe 4 days a week. How do I know when it is time to move on to the 2nd DVD??? I don't want to move too slow or too fast, you know?

When you feel like your muscles are getting a little bit TOO used to the current workout, it's time to move on. I think you'll always pour sweat no matter which one you do, just because it's an intense workout, but there comes a time when you start to feel like the workout you're doing will let you go on autopilot a little bit. It works you out, but not like it used to, and you know you could handle doing a little bit more. That's when I'd move up. I think Debbie suggested 2 weeks at each level, but that is just a suggestion, and everyone will be different.0

Thanks for the fast response. I am thinking of doing it another week, then. The arm part where we hold them up forever kills me and those lunges, I feel I am not doing them right. mine do not look as nice as her's. I just do them slower and look at my legs as I am going.0 -
Hate to break it to you Jenn but there is more of that arm stuff and the lunges in Ramp It Up so you might as well go ahead and move on
I like Ramp It Up better. There is more of a variety so it doesn't feel like you do any one thing for too long. At least in my opinion. My arms still get tired too. They are better than before but I do have to drop them for a quick second before switcing to the next move.0 -
Yeah... you might as well just move up to Ramp It Up because the lunges and arm stuff doesn't ever get "easy." I am on Burn It Up and I still have to drop my arm sometimes. I almost cried the first time I did it, and I know I yelled something at the TV... Debbie Siebers is a crazy woman. haha0

To be honest. I have lost the 31 since April. And I have been on a 5-6 pound bounce for the past month to 2 months. I am gaining and losing the same 5-6 pounds. Very frustrating to me. Welcome to the group!0 -
I think today was my last day of Ramp It Up. On Saturday I am going to start Burn It Up. I am sure that I must have done it before but that was like 6 years ago so I can't remember. I am looking forward to it though. Tomorrow I am starting week 8 of C25K :-)0
