Going to be a tough week, but started off strong! Day 1 - 45 mins, 3.2 miles

    Great job!

    My week started out strong and I am feeling 100% better than last week.

    Day 1 - Walk 30 min and Elliptical 20 min

    Day 3 - morning 30 min elliptical, but my plan is to do another 20 min this evening.

    This morning workout is new for me, but I will see how it goes

    Day 5 - 45 min walk & 15 min elliptical

    Woot woot! I did it!

    On to next week 5 x 60 min
