I have been super busy with working and school, so I have been slipping in motivating my group. This week is going to be a test for all of us, but I know we can all succeed and not over eat for Thanksgiving. Stay focused on the goal. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

    I am trying to create a strategy for this week as well. My downfall is not so much food temptations as it is the increased family stress that leads to a lack of focus and EMOTIONAL EATING. As in let's see how much food I can shove down my throat and get that very full feeling that I thinks help (why? have no idea).

    Anyway, I was considering changing my settings to 1 lb per week. I put it at 1.5 lbs to start with. I am okay with 1 lb a week and I thought it would give me a little extra leeway (plus keep my body confused). Does anyone else do that?

    My Thanksgiving plan is to wake up early, hit the gym for an hour or two and burn off at least 800 calories! I can't eat a lot as my stomach just doesn't allow it since i've lost 95 pounds. So I know EATING won't be the issue for me, it will be my CHOICES. It's definitely going to be my cheat day for sure. Just take this week one day at a time. :-) I'm sure you will all do great. If you have a bad day, just remember Friday is a new day!

    Just moved into my new condo, and Im having some issues keeping up my zig zagging. I had been very consistant zigzagging my diet, but I feel as though Im slowing. Im still losing, but at a much slower rate, and I dont want to get to lazy, and fall off the wagon

    My stradegy is to try and Have a Awesome Calorie Burn Everyday this week and Maybe Just Slide On the 2nds and 3rds this year.. you know what I mean???? It will be a test for us all But I know we can all do this.. Just remember DRINK WATER!!!! It will fill you up and help flush the Fat.. Love you Awesome Sauce Peeps *muah*

    I plan on taking VERY Small servings, then taking my time to eat! Conversations, jokes, I am spreading this meal out, so that was I am not scarfing it down all at once. I have also come to terms with the fact that I am going through a lifestly change, not a diet, and that holidays will always be around. I will have my Thanksgiving, but not my day after thansgiving leftover feasts.
